COMMISSION INFORMATION

Please ensure that you have read through and accepted all the terms outlined before booking the slot.

Artsign & Personal use commission

- The artwork credit belongs to me.
- Requires a reference, such as a commission for FA/OC (Adopted/Role-Play).
- No picture reference will be considered Commercial Use.
- For personal use only; not for profit.
- OK for physical prints (personal use only).
- The artist must be allowed to use it in their portfolio.

File Size :

Commercial use commission

- The price is 2x the base rate.
- The client owns the character rights and may use the artwork commercially in any form, except for reselling rights to a third party.
- The artist will not use, modify, or publish the artwork without the client’s permission.

Standard size : A4 (21 x 29.70 cm) 350 dpi. Other sizes can be specified.

1. Usage Rights and Ownership

🔸Artsign & Personal Use Commissions🔸
- The client may use the artwork for personal purposes or as an artsign. It cannot be used for profit.
- By default, the artist may include the commissioned work in their portfolio or post it within 7-30 days after completion. The client may request a delayed posting (up to 6 months) or opt out (a fee may apply).
- For fanart or original character commissions (Adopted/Role-Play), the artist requires reference images. If no reference is provided, the commission will be considered Commercial Use.
🔸Commercial Use Commissions🔸
- The client owns the rights to the character and may use the artwork commercially in any form, except for reselling rights to a third party.
- The artist will not use, modify, or publish the work unless given permission by the client.
- The artist can work within the client’s budget. Please provide project details along with your budget for consideration.
🔸Additional Restrictions🔸\
- NFTs & AI Training: The commissioned artwork are not allowed to use for NFTs or AI training under any circumstances.- NSFW Content: NSFW themes such as nudity/R18/BDSM may be illegal in some countries and are not appropriate for minors. Please use censorship when sharing on social platforms.

2. Payment and Refund Policy
- For commissions under $70 USD, full payment is required upfront.
- For commissions $70 USD or more, a 50% deposit is required before starting, with the remaining balance due before receiving the final work.
- Refunds are not available once payment is made.

3. Workflow and Revisions
- The client will select one out of two sketch options before proceeding to the next stage.
- The unselected sketch may be modified and repurposed for future clients or personal projects (ensuring uniqueness).🔸Revision Policy:🔸Personal Use: 2 free modifications; additional changes are $5-$15 per modification (depending on complexity).Commercial Use: 3 free modifications; additional changes are $10-30 USD per modification (depending on complexity).- Changes exceeding 20% of the original work will be charged as a new commission.
- Once the commission is completed, the final work (without watermark/signature) will be delivered after full payment. Major changes are not allowed after final approval.

4. File Delivery and Storage
- The final file will be available for 30 days for download. Please note that re-uploading expired files after 30 days may incur a $10 USD fee.- The artist will keep original layered files for 45 days. After that, all layers will be merged, and the file may be resized.


5. Late Payment Policy
- If full payment is not received within 30 days after completion, the artist reserves the right to use, sell, or modify the artwork (unless prior notice and an agreement are made).
